This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how subscriptions are cancelled, and the procedures for handling order issues. By placing an order with Nuvari Health, LLC ("Nuvari," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms below.
Federal pharmacy law prohibits licensed pharmacies from accepting returned prescription medications, regardless of whether the medication has been opened. This is a federal safety requirement, not a Nuvari business choice. As a result, once a prescription has been compounded and shipped, the medication itself cannot be refunded.
Nuvari is not the dispensing pharmacy. We are a wellness storefront and technology platform. Prescriptions are filled and shipped by our clinical services partner's licensed US compounding pharmacies.
If the licensed physician reviewing your assessment determines that the requested protocol is not medically appropriate for you, no prescription will be issued and you will not be charged. If a payment has already been taken (for example, on a membership signup), the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you cancel your order after physician approval but before the dispensing pharmacy has compounded and packed your medication, you will receive a full refund. Once the pharmacy has begun compounding (typically within 24–48 hours of physician approval), cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact hello@nuvarihealth.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
If you are charged twice for the same shipment or charged in error, we will reverse the erroneous charge in full once verified.
Lost or damaged shipments are handled under our Shipping Policy. Refund or reshipment is evaluated after the carrier resolves the claim. See Shipping Policy Section 9 for the full procedure.
You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time through your patient portal or by emailing hello@nuvarihealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. Any shipments already scheduled within your current paid period will continue to ship. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's fee.
Nuvari memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. We require this because most physician-directed protocols (especially GLP-1 weight management, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and skin protocols) need time to produce results. The 3-month window gives your provider data to optimize your dosage and protocol.
You may request cancellation at any time during the 3-month minimum, but billing will continue monthly through the end of the minimum term. After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel at any time with effect at the end of your current billing period.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days of approval, though some card issuers take longer. We do not issue refunds as cash, check, or to a different payment method.

We respond to refund requests within two business days. Complex cases (lost shipments awaiting carrier resolution, disputed charges) may take longer.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or in error, please contact us at hello@nuvarihealth.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback after a valid prescription has been filled may result in account suspension and may be referred to collections.
If you experience side effects, an adverse reaction, or have a clinical concern about your protocol, contact your prescribing physician through your patient portal. A clinical concern is not a refund request and will not pause billing. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
