Once your medication ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your patient portal.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Membership requires a 3-month minimum so your protocol has time to work. After that, you can cancel anytime through your patient portal or by emailing hello@nuvarihealth.com with no penalties.
I have a clinical question about my protocol. ▾
For clinical questions, please message your provider directly through the patient portal. They can address dosage questions, side effects, and protocol adjustments.
Can I change my protocol? ▾
Yes. Contact your provider through the patient portal to discuss switching protocols. They will evaluate whether a different protocol may be more appropriate for your goals.
What if I experience side effects? ▾
If you experience any adverse effects, message your provider immediately through the patient portal. For emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
