Nuvari provides ongoing physician oversight, dosage adjustments, and provider messaging — send a message anytime, responses within one business day. Every protocol is physician-directed — not AI-generated — and every medication is compounded by US pharmacies registered with the FDA and inspected by state boards of pharmacy.

Our physicians are board-certified and licensed in your state. They have experience in peptide therapy, hormone optimization, weight management, and metabolic health. A real physician reviews every assessment — no algorithms writing prescriptions.

For most protocols, no — your online intake is enough. Two need labs first: the Apex Protocol (enclomiphene, Man Power) and the Rewind Protocol (sermorelin, sirolimus). Nuvari does not bill you for labs and does not ship a test kit. You have two ways to satisfy it: take the requisition we issue to any lab near you and pay the lab directly — or upload recent bloodwork you already have, free. Apex and Rewind also have a follow-up schedule your provider sets, run the same two ways, and refills are held if results are outstanding.

Nuvari ships to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. Our physician network includes providers licensed in every state so you receive care from a physician licensed where you live. No. Nuvari is a telehealth platform that connects you with physicians and pharmacy partners. Your medications are compounded and shipped by licensed compounding pharmacies that we partner with.

Compounded medications are custom-prepared by licensed US pharmacies for your specific prescription. Compounding combines or alters pharmaceutical ingredients to create a medication tailored to an individual patient — for example, adjusting the dose, removing a non-essential ingredient, or changing the form. Our partner pharmacies are registered with the FDA and inspected by state boards of pharmacy.

Compounding pharmacies follow strict quality protocols, including USP <795> and <797> standards for non-sterile and sterile compounding. Our partner pharmacies are state-licensed and FDA-registered, and each batch is quality-tested before shipping. As with any medication, side effects are possible — discuss potential risks with your provider before starting any protocol.

Yes. Compounding is a well-established, legal practice regulated by the FDA and state boards of pharmacy. Licensed compounding pharmacies operate under federal pharmacy compounding regulations, which permits the preparation of compounded medications pursuant to valid prescriptions.

SleepE, the protocol's flagship, is built on ramelteon — a melatonin-receptor medication that is not habit-forming and is not a controlled substance. Knockout, the option for harder nights, is deliberately dispensed month to month with no automatic refills and no discounts as a safeguard, with a provider reviewing every refill. Benzodiazepines are never prescribed.

Yes. A US-licensed physician reviews your intake and writes a prescription, which is filled by a licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy and shipped to your door.

No. Compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved. The original branded sermorelin product (GEREF) held FDA approval until 2008, when it was discontinued by the manufacturer for commercial reasons — not for safety or effectiveness concerns. Compounded sermorelin is legally dispensed in the United States only through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies under a valid physician prescription.

Yes. A licensed physician must review your health history and determine whether sermorelin is medically appropriate for you before a prescription can be issued. Nuvari's intake process connects you with a US-licensed clinician who completes this evaluation online.

The REWIND Protocol is designed for adults seeking physician-supervised support for recovery, sleep quality, and body composition. Eligibility is determined by a licensed physician after reviewing your intake. If a physician determines that a protocol is not medically appropriate for you, you will not be charged. Your physician may recommend an alternative approach or suggest you follow up with your primary care provider.

No. Membership is cancel-anytime — you can cancel your subscription anytime through your patient portal or by emailing hello@nuvarihealth.com. There are no cancellation fees, no penalties, and no hidden charges. If you choose a plan: 3-month plans bill upfront; 6- and 12-month plans bill in installments at your locked rate — quarterly on most protocols, and once per fill on the 60- and 45-day ones.

Nuvari does not currently accept insurance. However, our compounded medications are often significantly more affordable than brand-name alternatives. No. Your plan price includes your medication, provider messaging and dose adjustments when needed, and shipping. The only separate charge is a one-time provider consultation fee, shown as its own line at checkout and collected on behalf of your provider at cost — we never mark it up. There are no hidden charges. Ending a plan early can carry a charge: if you cancel a 6- or 12-month plan before its term ends, the months already shipped are repriced at that treatment’s shortest-plan rate and the difference is charged. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for Nuvari protocols. Eligibility depends on your specific plan. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm coverage for compounded medications prescribed via telehealth.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on infrastructure whose providers encrypt data at rest at every step — from your assessment to physician review to pharmacy fulfillment. Your clinical visits are handled by our licensed physician network under their HIPAA-covered systems. We never sell your data.

Yes. All physician consultations and communications happen through our licensed physician network's HIPAA-covered channels with encryption in transit. Your health information is transmitted and stored securely.

Only your assigned physician and the pharmacy fulfilling your prescription have access to your health information. Nuvari staff involved in your care may access limited information as needed to support your account. We never share your data with third parties for marketing.

Yes. You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@nuvarihealth.com. Please note that certain medical records may be retained as required by law and healthcare regulations.

Yes. All payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant payment processors. Your shipping address and payment information are encrypted and stored securely. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
