This gives your physician the full picture they need to build your personalized protocol. If you are starting Apex or Rewind, bloodwork is required — take our requisition to any lab near you and pay the lab directly, or upload recent results free. A board-certified physician licensed in your state reviews your medical intake. They evaluate your health history, determine if a protocol is appropriate, and create a personalized prescription if medically indicated.

Questions about the process

How long does the whole process take? ▾

From starting your assessment to receiving your medication, the typical timeline is 5–7 business days. Once your physician approves your prescription, the pharmacy ships within 24–48 hours.

What if the physician decides a protocol isn't right for me? ▾

If a physician determines that a protocol is not medically appropriate for you, you will not be charged. Your physician may recommend an alternative approach or suggest you consult with your primary care provider.

Do I need to upload lab work? ▾

Some do, some don’t. The Apex Protocol (enclomiphene, Man Power) and the Rewind Protocol (sermorelin, sirolimus) require bloodwork before you start and at set points afterwards. You have two ways to satisfy it and neither is billed by Nuvari: take the requisition we issue to any lab near you and pay the lab directly — or upload recent results you already have, free. Every other protocol starts from your online intake alone.

How does ongoing care work? ▾

Regular touchpoints happen through provider messaging. Send a message anytime — your provider responds during business hours, adjusts dosages if needed, and sends your next refill to the pharmacy. Refills just arrive.

Can I switch protocols later? ▾

Yes. If your goals change or your physician recommends a different approach, you can switch protocols at any time. Your provider will guide the transition to ensure it is safe and effective.

Is shipping discreet? ▾

Yes. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
